２０１４年に博士（国際経営）を取得（高麗大学大学院）。明治大学大学院経営研究科の特任准教授、就実大学経営学部の講師などを経て、2021年4月より現職。研究分野は国際人材管理や組織行動であり、特にアジア国におけるグローバルリーダーシップ、女性リーダーシップ、ダイバーシティ、人材育成・管理に焦点を当てて研究中。この関連研究は、国際的なジャーナルや書籍に発表されている。
